Mint wants to construct office buildings

Polish Mint SA plans to build an office complex with a 130-metre high tower in Warsaw.

Polish Mint, which for some time has been a private company, wants to build an office complex with a 130-metre high tower among Prosta, Żelazna and Grzybowska streets, Warsaw. JEMS Architekci, an architecture firm, prepared the concept. Representatives of Polish Mint presented their plans to councilors of Wola, Warsaw – as we learn from mmwarszawa.pl

The plots belonging to Mint have 18.5 K sqm of surface. The company has already submitted an application for land development conditions, which included plans of vicinity development. The skyscraper at Prosta St is going to be erected as the first one. According to the plans, part of the storeys will be intended for the registered office of company’s board and administration. The remaining offices might be rented. In the underground levels are going to be created a multi-storey car park.

A 50-metre office building located at the intersection of Grzybowska and Żelazna streets will be built in the second stage. Mint’s specialists as well as cooperating with them architects have prepared plans of  urban green and structural landscaping as well as rest areas.

Polish Mint still does not have financial resources allowing for erection of the investment. It is able to take credit for building the investment, on the other hand, it may take on the co-operation with a development company.
