The Warsaw city hall announced a date of a tender concerning sale of plots with the total area of 11 163 sq. m located at Emilia Plater 29 and 31 Streets. The tender will take place on 15th December this year. The asking price for the plots amounts to 210 million zlotys. All entities who want to participate in the tender proceeding are obliged to pay a deposit in the amount of 21 million zlotys.
At present, two schools: IXth Klementyna Hoffmanowa Secondary School and Wojska Polskiego Gymnasium No. 43 are located on the plots which are put up for sale. They are going to be replaced. According to decision about development issued on 26th April this year, the area at Emilia Plater 29 and 31 Street is intended for building of a height Office and Service Center PORTA VARSOVIA with an underground garage. The project envisages creation of two towers with the height of 180 and 160 meters.
