Banking and Financial Center „Nowy Świat” was responsible for a newly opened Nowy Świat 2.0. The six-tier building is located in the city center of Warsaw between Centrum Giełdowe, Banking and Financial Center and Three Crosses Square. It offers 4178 sq. m of modern office area class A and 1968 sq. m of commercial and service area.
Nowy Świat 2.0 is a crucial element of the project which is aimed at creation of an office complex in the very heart of the center in Warsaw. It is going to service prestigious Polish and international business entities. The building is characterized on the market by a perfect location and elliptical glazed solid as well as big arrangement potential of office areas. Importantly, Nowy Świat 2.0 goes beyond a commercial aspect. It is a building which creates new urban space opened for inhabitants of Warsaw – said Małgorzata Kosińska, Chairman of the Board in Banking and Financial Center „Nowy Świat” S.A.
A general contractor of the investment was Karmar SA and AMC – Andrzej M. Chołdzyński Sp. z o.o. LLP studio devised an architectural project. Banking and Financial Center „Nowy Świat” SA has commercialized ca. 56 per cent from 6 146 sq. m of the total space of the structure so far. The structure holds headquarters of e.g. an international legal office and renowned restaurant.
