Within a tender organized at the end of October, Bipromet copartnership has chosen a company which will create an investment plan for a plot purchased in the centre of Katowice. Consulting company has to indicate possibilities and ways of development of linked parcels with a total space of over 12 000sqm, for which investor will pay over PLN 1,61 million.
Property is located at Generała Sikorskiego Street, and it includes a local development spacial plan. Its record forecast on it an execution of building within public utility service and commercial structures. The area can be designed for execution of conference-office centre or multistoreys commercial, hotel or apartments' development.
Bipromet is an engineering and building enterprise, which concentrates on project activity and executive dedicated industry of non-ferrous metals and preservation of environment. Copartnership has big hopes with Indian market - existing Bipromet's cooperation with Hindu companies enable forecasting of permanent localization of business in India.
