“Book of Lists” is a guide to Polish business and industry. Ghelamco Poland was awarded Lifetime Achievement in the 22nd edition of this ranking. Thereby, the jury of the Warsaw Business Journal publisher distinguished this developer for the whole business activity.

Ghelamco Poland was distinguished in the ranking “Book of Lists” not for the first time. This developer received the title: Most Innovative Developer last year and Warsaw Spire was considered the first largest office project in Poland two years earlier.
This is the 22nd business publication of “Book of Lists 2017.” It is published by the jury of Warsaw Business Journal. The study, which has been created since 1995, includes rankings as well as financial and statistical information on the largest companies from over 40 industries. Certificates and prizes for the leaders of certain rankings and distinguished companies on the market are awarded during the “Book of Lists” gala every year.
