Bobrowiecka 8 is characterized with perfect architecture, high standard and art. An increasingly number of people are starting to appreciate the assets of this building, which is confirmed by the constantly growing list of tenants. Bobrowiecka 8 is nominated for the “Investment of the Year – Office Market” category. This building, Bobrowiecka 6 and Bobrowiecka 10 are a part of the urban complex which was developed by Spectra Development. It is entirely designed by JEMS Architekci studio.
Bobrowiecka 8 is an architecturally well-thought-out building. Apart from the office function, this also constitutes the exceptional background for presenting modern art in accordance with the main assumption and leitmotif of the entire complex: “culture signed into space”. We have managed to design a stylistically coherent office building which perfectly fits in with other buildings of the entire complex and creates a group of visually attractive and functional buildings – says Andrzej Sidorowicz, JEMS Architekci.
