mBank head office relocates to Mennica Legacy Tower, the construction of which is being executed by Golub GetHouse and Mennica Polska S.A.

In the result, office space in the building, which is being erected at the crossroads of Prosta and Żelazna Streets in Warsaw, will be totally commercialized. The offices of the Warsaw unit of mBank have been located at Senatorskiej and Królewskiej Streets so far. This new head office will provide over 40 000 sqm for 3 thousand employees. There will be also a special unit for customers.

The signage of the contract between the bank and the investors of Mennica Legacy Tower is one of the most important and largest transactions on the Polish real estate market. Cezary Jarząbek, Founder and Chairman of the Board at Golub GetHouse, emphasizes the scale of the concluded contract: mBank has always been a synonym for innovative solutions in the banking sector. Both innovativeness and striving for perfection are the key elements that perfectly unite mBank and Mennica Legacy Tower. This skyscraper sets a completely new reference point for premium class office buildings, for instance, by the harmonious combination of innovative technologies and timeless architectural solutions.

One of the tenants who lease office space in the investment are the owners of well-known legal offices such as Noerr Biedeckithe Sp.k. and Allen & Overy, as well as the leader of the co-working market – We Work, the only tenant of Western Building. Total space of the office building will amount to 65 630 sqm. There will be also some space for initiatives involving recreation: MEET & EAT restaurant and Zdrofit fitness club.

Mennica Legacy Tower is being executed in compliance with the criteria of the international green certification system "BREEAM" at the Outstanding level. The investment is expected to be completed in autumn 2019.
