Wiśniowy Plaza will be a 7-storey office building (2000 sq m on each floor). Tenants will have also on their disposal three-storey garage building delivering 250 parking spaces. The investment should deliver approximately 15.000 sq m of usable area.
The launch of the construction work is planned for the beginning of 2012. MWH Architects will design the building.

The DOR Group Company will develop a modern office complex at the corner of Iłżecka and 1 Sierpnia Streets. Wiśniowy Plaza will be situated exactly at Żwirki i Wigury Street.
