Western Building, a part of the Warsaw Mennica Legacy Tower investment carried out by Golub GetHouse and Mennica Polska, is completed.

The construction works lasted 3 years and contributed to the execution of a 43-meter-high building adjacent to the main part of the project – a 140-meter-high Tower. The Mennica Legacy Tower complex is situated at the intersection of Prosta and Żelazna Streets in the Warsaw Wola district. Goettsch Partners from Chicago is responsible for the architectural concept. The company cooperated with the local Epstein design office. The investment meets the requirements of the BREEAM certification at the “Outstanding” level.

Western Building is totally leased by WeWork company, an operator of co-working spaces.

The execution of such an innovative and technologically advanced investment was a real challenge to us. Hence, the commissioning of Western Building and welcoming of the first tenant are the reasons for joy and satisfaction – says Cezary Jarząbek, Founder and Chairman of the Board at Golub GetHouse.

The space of the Mennica Legacy Tower amounts to 65 630 sqm. The largest part is the Tower, which is to be handed over to tenants in autumn 2020. The majority of space (45 600 sqm) is leased by mBank, which is to launch a headquarters in the building. There are also offices envisaged for Golub GetHouse and Mennica Polska SA in the Tower.

The final stage consists of: finishing works in the main lobby, design of space for mBank, development of a public passage in front of and between the development (including, for instance, planting trees). Except for office space, there is also commercial and service space delivered within the investment, such as Meet&Eat restaurant and Zdrofit fitness club.
