Warsaw. Such a conclusion can be drawn after one of the most prestigious conferences about office buildings - "Office buildings in Poland".

On Thursday, at the Marriott Hotel in Warsaw, the fifth edition of one of the most prestigious office business meetings in Poland took place - conference, "Office buildings in Poland". The meeting organized by the New Address SA meeting was attended among others by the representatives of the largest developers in the Polish market and international consulting firms, representatives of commercial banks financing the investment and recognized industry journalists and analysts.

- We are being told about the crisis, but it is also in a crisis, where you can see some positives and benefits that you can reap of.Demand for office space must be divided into two parts: internal and external business. I think a good time is coming for the Polish market. Our country can be a beneficiary of the global crisis. The look of BPO sector is targeted at Poland. It turns out that most of this business is selecting our country for their location. Please note that not without a reason, there are various types of conferences about this sector every once in a while - said during one of the discussion panels Paweł Kłosiński, head of the Lease Team, SwedeCenter.

- As Poles we are not used to it, but really we are now in the center of Europe when it comes to business.I agree with the statement that we win on crisis. To confirm this is my last week's interview with the man managing the division of global corporations, who admits that during the meeting at headquarters, everyone is talking about Poland, about good results. If they want to invest, they are confident of a good location, which is our country. The office market in Poland is a vaccine, if we can keep this good PR for the indicators and the fact that despite the crisis we are a stable country and we can be sure about the future of the market - adds Jaroslaw Zagorski, director of sales and development, Ghelamco Poland.

Furthermore, during Thursday's conference, the participants took part in a panel discussion devoted to advanced technology that makes office buildings more attractive in the eyes of the tenants and the phenomenon of attractiveness of the Polish office among western investment funds.
