The best employers according to the Most Attractive Employers ranking. Which developer is on the list?

The Most Attractive Employers ranking, which was published by the Universum consulting company, presents a comparison of the best employers according to a group of professionals as well as students in such industries as business, engineering, IT, humanities, science, law, medicine and pharmacy. The official awards and diplomas gala for the best employers was held on 12th May 2015 in the Primate’s Palace in Warsaw.

 

The best employers chosen by students are such companies as: Google Poland (business category), Skanska Group (engineering category), Google Poland  (IT category), TVN (humanities category), Polpharma (science category), The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (law category), Central Clinical Hospital of the Ministry of Interior in Warsaw (medicine and pharmacy category). Moreover, Google Poland is on the first place in the group of professionals (people with at least bachelor’s or engineer’s degree and professional competence).

 

According to research conducted by Universum Talent Survey, over 60 per cent of respondents set their most important occupational sights on a certain and stable career standing. The least major aim for those students is the fact of reaching a position of a manager and people management, whereas for professionals – international career.

 

The research presents that respondents actually count on their employers to enable them a dynamic development, show respect and provide prospects in the area of development of their occupational careers. When it comes to consideration, students believe that gaining experience and dynamical development are more important than initial salary, whereas professionals consider the amount of received salary as a decisive factor. It is worth mentioning that the financial expectations of students are becoming higher and higher at the annual average – the mean monthly gross salary without bonuses and allowances expected in this year’s edition amounted to 3296 zlotys, that is over 200 zlotys more in comparison to last year. Furthermore, the professionals expect a gross salary in the amount of 3684 zlotys.

 

The Universum Talent Survey research shows that 38 per cent of professionals are considering a change of employment within the nearest six months and 9 per cent of them are planning to leave that decision for the period of 2-4 years.
