Adgar Postępu signed a lease contract on office space with the travel office Wezyr Holidays. Company occupied a whole seventh storey - 1 086,60sqm in a modern 10-storey office Adgar Plaza B. Terrace with a space of 48,36sqm is also at their disposal. Leaseholder moved into the building at the beginning of December 2012, a contract was signed for five years. Due to this transaction the office was leased in 99%.
We needed much larger office due to the company development and systematically growing sales. Our new registered office is more spacious and usable, and new interiors will encourage employees of Wezyr Holidays to work better and more efficient - said Adil Kaan Ergun, General Director of Wezyr Holidays. Adgar Plaza is a building adjusted also to organization of workshops and conferences, which is additionally attractive while managing of meeting i.a. with sales coverage.
Eyal Litwin, General Director of Adgar in Poland says: I'm very glad that Wezyr Holidays has chosen Adgar Plaza B on its registered office. I'm convinced that our building will fulfil needs of the new leaseholder. Adgar Plaza B Building is a part of the Adgar complex, which includes Adgar Plaza A and Adgar Business Center. Complex is located in the bussiness centre in Mokotów and offers totally 39 000sqm. Pfizer, DuPont, Żywiec Zdrój, Loan Information Office (Polish: Biuro Informacji Kredytowej), Business Advisors, DQS Polska, Futurestep, Gruper, MAP Polska, PartyLite, Schneider Electric, Symantec or Public Procurement Office (Polish: Urząd Zamówień Publicznych) can be found among its leaseholders.
