Adgar Postępu company has signed a lease contract for office space with DuPont. The new leaseholder operates on Polish market since 1975. It supplies products, materials and services from agri-food, transport, security and construction industries. DuPont is moving into the new office in november 2011, occupying an area of over 1 000 sqm.
Centrum Biznesowe Adgar comprises buildings Adgar Plaza A and B, as well as Adgar Business Centre. They are located at Postępu St. on Warsaw's Mokotów. Opened in october 2010, Adgar Plaza B building's office space is rented out in 84%.
Among the leaseholders one can name Mostostal Warszawa, Biuro Informacji Kredytowej, Pfizer, Antalis Polska, Diebold, PartyLite, DQS Polska, EDP Polska, Futurestep, Gilead Polska, MAP Polska, Schneider Electric, Urząd Zamówień Publicznych and Symantec.
