Okęcie Business Park Complex has attracted three more leaseholders
Three new leaseholders will move in to the Warsaw's office complex: Dascher, Funai and Itaka.

Office complex constructed and managed by Globe Trade Center S.A. (GTC), Okęcie Business Park has attracted three more leaseholders.

 

First of them is a German company Dascher which is working on the international transportation market since 1930s. The company will move its current, Warsaw's seat to the Corius building in January 2014 and will stay there at least for the next five years.

 

Another leaseholder is Funai, the producer of everyday electronics. The company will transfer to the Zephirus building. Analogous to Dascher, it will take its space in January 2014. The deal has been signed for 5 years.

 

A neighbour of Funai will be Nowa Itaka, the biggest travel agency present on the Polish market. During this transaction, Jones Lang LaSalle, cooperated with the owner.

Okęcie Business Park is located in the strict neighbourhood of F. Chopin airport. It consists of three buildings: Nothus, Zephirus and Corius. The last of them has received an ecological certificate LEED, signifying its high energetic efficiency and its minimal effect on the environment. The leaseholders of the complex are companies like EFG, Eurobank, EGIS or Pandora.
