Codewise joins the ranks of the tenants of Browar Lubicz

The restored Palace Goetz-Okocimskich in Cracow has gained a new tenant: the company Codewise.

Codewise, a company specializing in innovative technological solutions, will move into the 530 sq. m of office space in the Palace Goetz-Okocimskich, which is a part of Browar Lubicz investment in Cracow. The office building is located on Lubicz 17H Street, in the vicinity of the Main Square in Cracow.

 

In the portfolio of Codewise, two flagship products are Zero Park, user-friendly advertisement network, and Voluum, software enabling to easily control the efficiency of marketing campaigns on the Internet. The company's team consists of 25 specialists from five countries who service customers from 105 countries.

 

The investor of Browar Lubicz housing estate is the company Balmoral Properties, which has recently signed lease agreements of commercial space also with the delicatessen “Piotr i Paweł” and the Consulate General of Hungary.

 

Within the frames of the investment in Cracow, apart from the Palace Goetz-Okocimskich, other buildings were also restored, such as Portiernia, Suszarnia Słodu, Słodownia as well as Maszynownia and Kotłownia with the characteristic chimney. In the buildings, there is a total of 4 600 sq. m of commercial space and 1 900 sq. m of office space.
