JCommerce is professionally engaged in programming, designing and implementing IT solutions. The company decided to open its new headquarters in the capital of Great Poland where the market is considered as the best promising in the area of IT. New employees will occupy the office area in the structure at Rataje 164 Street.
The company will hire several dozen of specialists from the area of IT technology. In particular, we are looking for computer programmers in Java, PHP, .NET, FrontEnd and Business Intelligence to work in Poznan JCommerce location. We would like our hired personnel to increase systematically each three months – currently we are estimating that there will be several dozen people engaged in the realization of planned projects – says Maciej Rusinek, business unit manager in a new department of JCommerce.
Within few months the company is planning to start cooperation with Poznan universities, including Adam Mickiewicz University and Poznan University of Technology, offering a special program of internships and traineeships. They will allow students to gain practical experience under the care of a personal mentor. According to Paulina Jaros, a HR specialist in JCommerce company, as many as 90 per cent of all internships may end up in employment.
A six-tier structure located at Rataje 164 Street in Poznan offers over 2000 sq. m of office area. In the underground of the building there is a garage for 14 parking places whereas outside there is a car park for ca. 100 vehicles.
