ECO Tenants stay in Trinity Park III

Amadeus Poland and Marketplanet extended a lease area in Trinity Park III.

Amadeus Poland company – a deliverer of technology for touristic and transport industry – was represented by JLL consultants in the process of negotiations. The partnership decided to rent additional 1000 sq. m due to a dynamic development of regional implementation center which provides consultant services and realizes implementation of solutions offered by Amadeus in the Central, Southern and Eastern Europe. At present, the company occupies over 2000 sq. m of modern office space.  


Marketplanet company (Open Electronic Market), which rents over 1 000 sq. m, decided to extend the agreement for the coming years.


Trinity Park III is 7-storey building located in the center of Mokotów. Its area totals 32 000 sq. m. Moreover, the tenants have at their disposal over 880 parking places. In 2010, Trinity Park III received an ecological BREEAM certificate as the first building in Poland. The manager and exclusive agent responsible for commercialization of the building is Knight Frank.
