A new restaurant will occupy a premises with the size of 260 sq. m in building Five in Quattro Business Park located at General Count Bór-Komorowski Avenue in Cracow. The planned opening of the restaurant is envisaged on January 2016. It will be the next own premises which belongs to Gastromall. Moreover, the Group owns 20 restaurants of this type in Cracow, Gliwice and Katowice.
The Olimp chain offers food by weight for 100 g. New restaurants have been recently opened within the chain in Toruń in Galeria Copernicus and Silesia Star office complex in Katowice.
Quattro Business Park is a modern office complex class A which offers 48 500 sq. m of office area. The complex of offices, which is owned by Buma Group, is composed of 14-tier buildings equipped with underground garages and separated building intended for a car park. At present, the fifth structure is being realized within the complex – that is building Five with the area of 8700 sq. m. The office will offer seven aboveground tiers and one underground tier. The envisaged completion of the investment is planned on the fourth quarter of this year. It is worth mentioning that building Five was certified in the BREEAM system.
