Luxoft moves into the building F of the Cracow office park realized by TriGranit – Bonarka for Business.

Luxoft moves into the building F of the Cracow office park realized by TriGranit – Bonarka for Business. The new tenant will occupy two floors in the investment, that is totally 2500 sq. m. The handing over of the planned space is planned on September 2016.


Luxoft is the second company which decided to lease space in the building F. The first tenant is GlobalLogic – an enterprise that also rented 2500 sq. m in the investment. Thanks to signage of two lease contracts, the office F has been already rented in 50 per cent. The commission of the office is envisaged for the third quarter of 2016.


The building F is the sixth structure in the Bonarka for Business office park. The office is composed of 8 tiers and it offers 10 000 sq. m of leased area. The building will be certified in the BREEAM system at the Very Good level. Moreover, another building – office G – will be also realized within the complex. Its commission is planned on the first quarter of 2017. Continuing need of our present tenants for additional office space is evidence of appreciation of B4B concept, which consists in creation of a complex of office buildings with flexible possibilities of expansion. Euroclear – a Belgian deliverer of financial services which has been renting the building C since 2012 – is a good example from this year. The company rented the whole building G because it needs more office space. We believe that we will have an equally successful cooperation with Luxoft in the future – Tomasz Lisiecki, Chief Investment Officer of TriGranit, says.


Luxoft is a deliverer of IT services in the area of software and IT solutions for global customers all over the world, e.g. Boeing, IBM, Deutsche Bank or UBS.


As a target, B4B will be composed of 10 buildings offering as much as 95 000 sq. m of leased area. The first offices – A and B – were commissioned in 2011, whereas the building D and E were commissioned in 2013 and 2015 respectively. All mentioned buildings offer totally 45 000 sq. m of leased area. The group of tenants of the offices includes such companies as Alexander Mann Solutions, State Street, Pega, Pure Jatomi Fitness, Euroclear, Herbalife and Lufthansa Global Business Services.
