CEDC International will rent over 3000 sq. m of office space in Bobrowiecka 8. It is the first tenant of this building. Bobrowiecka 8 is an office class A which will be commissioned in Q3 2017.

We are very glad that CEDC International is the first tenant of Bobrowiecka 8. The prestige of tenants reflects the class of our building. Dolny Mokotów district is still an undiscovered location on the metropolitan map of office properties of high potential. It is an interesting alternative not only for Służewiec Przemysłowy district but also for the offices located along Jerusalem Avenues as well as in Wola district. We are very happy that we could participate in the creation of a new identity of this place – says Dariusz Sokołowski, Chairman of the Board of Spectra Development.

CEDC International is a leader on the vodka market in Poland as well as a leading distributor of imported spirits. In Poland, CEDC offers such brands of vodka as Żubrówka, Bols Platinum, Soplica, Absolwent and Żytniówka as well as two brands of wines Carlo Rossi and Gancia and other alcohol: Grant’s whisky, Glenfiddich and Tullamore DEW, Metaxa, Jägermeister, Cointreau, Campari, Cinzano, Passoa, or Remy Martin.

Bobrowiecka 8 meets all our expectations. While we were searching for a new headquarters, we took two key aspects into consideration: a convenient location and modern office space which guarantees flexible division and the opportunity of some changes in the further phase of lease – says Serge Dickhoff, Chief Operating Officer of CEDC.

Bobrowiecka 8 offers nearly 22 000 sq. m of office space and over 2400 sq. m of retail space. The building is being erected in Dolny Mokotów district next to the entrance to the route of Most Siekierkowski (Siekierkowski Bridge). The investment is a part of Bobrowiecka complex with all buildings designed by JEMS Architekci studio. What is more, the project of Bobrowiecka 8 envisages the opportunity of individual design of space. There will be green areas around the office too. The future tenants will have a two-level underground garage at their disposal. Furthermore, Ogród Sztuki (Garden of Arts) will be created in cooperation with Starak Foundation on the courtyard of Bobrowiecka 8, where works of Polish artists will be presented. Bobrowiecka 8 is being realized in accordance with the principles of sustainable development and BREEAM certification. Spectra Development is a developer of this investment, whereas Hochtief Poland is a general contractor.
