Union Investment, Bouygues Immobillier and British Telecom extend the tenancy agreement in the International Business Center in Warsaw. This fully commercialized complex belongs to the investment fund Accession Fund SICAV.
The total office space in IBC I and II leased to the three companies amounts to 2.8 th sq m. Two other long-run lessees in the complex, the consulting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers and the Korean company Samsung Electronics now added a total of 1.8 th sq m to their office space.
The connected buildings International Business Center I and II are located in the vicinity of the metro station Politechnika. The complex holds a total of 36 th sq m of rentable office space.
