Tenants prolong their contracts with Globis

GTC prolonged contracts with three companies having centers in Globis office building in Poznań.

Three companies: Arvato Polska, GPD and UWI Inwestycje, decided to prolong their contracts concerning renting space in the Poznań office building Globis. The owner of the building, Globe Trade Centre S.A., signed contracts for the total office space of 3,000 m2. The tenants decided to prolong their contracts for three years.


Arvato Polska is a part of the international mass media corporation Bertelsmann. It rented 1,900 m2 of the building’s space and located there its phone customer service centre.


On 867 m2 there is advertising agency GPD Advertising. The company specialises in integrated marketing communications.


The last of the companies, which decided to stay in Globis, is UWI Inwestycje – developer in the commercial real estate sector.


The agent advising in the transactions was Colliers International. The building, located in the centre of Poznań, near Mercure hotel, Poznań Główny railway station and The Poznań International Fair area, has already been rented in 95%. It offers in total 13,947 m2 of office space. Among the tenants of the building there are such companies as Comarch, BZ WBK, KPMG, Luxmed, PKO S.A. and PTK Centertel.


Globe Trade Centre has been established in 1994. The company is present in markets of Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Romania, Serbia, Croatia, Bulgaria, Russia, Slovakia and Ukraine. GTC has built commercial real estates for the net area of around 950,000 m2. It owns about 612,000 m2 of the commercial space. The company is quoted on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
