Pandora Jewellery CEE company has signed a prolonged lease contract for space in Okęcie Business Park complex.

Pandora Jewellery CEE has decided to prolong its lease contract for space in Warsaw complex for another 5 years. Additionally, the company has increased leased space and currently its office has in total 1,100 m2 of space. Pandora's office is located in Zephirus building, a part of Okęcie Business Park complex. Globe Trade Centre S.A. (GTC) is the owner of the object.


Pandora is a producer and distributor of hand-finished jewellery. Company's products are sold in over 70 countries. Office in Okęcie Business Park complex is company's headquarters for Central and Eastern Europe.


Zephiruswas opened for use in 2009. It offers in total 9,128 m2 of space for lease. Okęcie Business Park complex consists of three finished buildings so far – Nothus, Corius and Zephirus. The investment is located on 17 Stycznia street, in the proximity of Warsaw Chopin Airport. Tenants of fully commercialised Zephirus building include such companies as Novo Nordisk Pharma, Avon, PPL, Straż Graniczna and Raiffeisen Bank.


In prospect, the complex is to consist of six objects, in total having lease space about 60,000 m2 big. The next building to be finished is Solano.  APA Kuryłowicz & Associates studio is responsible for the architectonic design of Okęcie Business Park. In July 2012 third building of the complex – Corius – has been awarded with LEED ecological certificate on Gold level.
