Citi Service Center Poland rented 4600 sq. m in T-Mobile Office Park at the beginning of 2014. The company decided to extend the office by additional 7900 sq. m of area. The contract was signed for the period of 5 years. The tenant was represented by experts from DTZ agency during the transaction.
T-Mobile Office Park is owned by Ghelamco Poland and it offers 40 000 sq. m of area which is rented in almost 100 per cent. The first tenant of the complex is T-Mobile, which occupies 27 000 sq. m of space.
The complex, as the first commissioned office in Poland, received BREEAM certificate on Excellent level. The investment is located in Mokotów district in Warsaw at Marynarska 12 Street. T-Mobile Office Park was commissioned in May 2013 and the main tenant, that is T-Mobile company, moved there at the end of June.
