Millennium Plaza gains tenants

In the first half of 2014, Atlas Estates Company, the owner of the office Millennium Plaza in Warsaw, signed lease transactions concerning the area of 7400 sq. m.

The Atlas Estates Company shared their results closely related to the lease of a commercial area in Millennium Plaza. In the first six months of a current year, lease agreements concerning the area of 7400 sq. m were signed, the vast majority (6800 sq. m) of which are office spaces.

 

In the presented period, areas in the building were rented by Soflab Technology (750 sq. m), the partnership engaged in testing of IT systems, and CDM Smith (675 sq. m), the supplier of engineering and building solutions in water, environment, transport and energetics economy. Via Sms, loan company and Global Blue, international supplier of services which simplify retail transactions between sellers and their foreign clients, will also move into Millennium Plaza. New tenants will occupy the area in August and September of a current year. Some companies decided to extend the terms of lease agreements, i.a. Groupon and Embassy of Mexico, which also increased the occupied space to ca. 1200 sq. m.

 

Choosing the residence for our Software Testing Centre, we performed a comprehensive review of an offer in the Warsaw property market – said Tomasz Szadkowski, chairman of Soflab Technology board. In our opinion, Millennium Plaza is characterized by excellent value for money. A good localization is the advantage of the building, which is particularly important for our employees, who commute from many various places. It is also worth mentioning that we have an unique opportunity of gaining from many Internet infrastructure suppliers’ offers. Moreover, we are satisfied with effective cooperation with technical services of the building, which are involved in fast preparation of our areas to the beginning of work – he explained.

 

Furthermore, commercial areas of the building (Millennium Gallery) arouse interest, and the Smakowisko restaurant has just been located there.

 

Millennium Plaza is situated at Aleje Jerozolimskie 123A in Warsaw. The building became a property of Atlas Estates in 2006. The structure is 112 m high and offers 34 000 sq. m. of a commercial area class B+, including 28 000 sq. m of offices and 6000 sq. m of selling spaces. The tenants in Millennium Gallery are i.a.: Coffeeheaven café, API Market delicatessen, educational exposition of the Invisible Exhibition and also Everybody fitness club. In the office part, offices of following companies are located: DELL, Groupon, WIPRO, United Oilfield Services, Embassy of Mexico, Turkish Airlines and Golden Floor conference centre.
