The fact of gaining another tenant is the best evidence that Wrocław Stadium is attractive not only in respect of music, but also business. The structure has 9000 sq. m of area at its disposal but there are only ca. 2500 sq. m left unrented. Therefore, we envisage that the left space will be rented till the half of the following year – explains Robert Pietryszyn, chairman of the board in Wrocław 2012 Sp. z o.o.
In the northern part of the Stadium there will be a fitness club on the second floor with the area of 1500 sq. m and it will be the largest fitness zone in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship. We really wanted to open our new club right in Wrocław Stadium. First and foremost, the location was very attractive. Thanks to the proximity to Wrocław bypass, it is easy to get there from each part of the city. The second argument was a big car park next to Stadium which will be available for guests for free – comments Bogusław Wojsa, cofounder of FUN FIT.
FUN FIT will be equipped with i.a. air-conditioning fitness studios, gym, hall for functional training, changing rooms with sauna and mini-bar. The users of the club will be able to exercise on equipment of such brands as Life Fitness, Technogym or Precor. One of the attractions in the fitness zone will be a possibility of using it during matches and concerts taking place on Wrocław Stadium, thanks to which the clients of the club will be able to listen some stars performing on the stage.
The opening of the club is planned on the half of the following year.
Wrocław Stadium is not only a sport temple but also a place for business. Some companies have there their registered offices: Coca – Cola, CarNet, Prodigo, Infortes or Navi Group S.A Capital Group. The income concerning the letting of office and usable area in 2013 totaled 6 million zlotys.
