The current tenant of Equator II – School and Pedagogical Publisher – decided to extend a lease contract for office area in the structure.

The current tenant of Equator IISchool and Pedagogical Publisher (WSiP) – decided to extend a lease contract for office area in the structure. However, the company reduced the rented area to 2500 sq. m. WSiP was represented by international company BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland during re-negotiating of lease conditions.

Our consultancy included analysis of offers of many new buildings, however, it is the extension of the current agreement that turned out to be the best solution against restructuration of the client’s company – comments Małgorzata Fibakiewicz, Chairman, Department of Office Area, BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland.

The business approach of WSiP is mainly a consequence of educational policy realized by government institutions. The recent changes caused a necessity of conducting internal restructuration and generation of savings. We managed to achieve it in the area of real estates thanks to several months of work with BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland – comments Michał Seider, Financial Director, WSiP.

Equator II is owned by Karimpol Group and it was completed in September 2011. The building is located on the fringe of the city center of Warsaw at Jerozolimskie Avenues in close proximity to Zawisza Square and Ochota station. The structure offers about 21 000 sq. m of area located on 12 tiers. The first tenants who moved into the building were Medicover, WSiP, AON and REGUS.
