The new tenant of the office owned by Midvest rented 2020 sq. m of office space in the building B of Equal Business Park. The company will move there in 2017, thus it is currently benefitting from around 200 sq. m of temporary space in the building A.

The Cracow department of the company specializes in e.g. designs related to development of mobile applications as well as engineering and firmware. Nowadays, the number of employees in Cracow amounts to around 250 people, however, the company envisages additional employment in the future. The company was founded in 2006 in Warsaw and it owns 8 offices in Poland. Sii provides IT services and it hires more than 2300 engineers in Poland who realize projects for companies from Poland and abroad. The scope of activities includes support of clients in the area of development of software, management of IT infrastructure, tests, as well as service desk, training and engineering services.
Equal Business Park is a complex of office and service buildings class A situated in the Krakow Podgórze district at Wielicka Street.
