The process of removal into Tensor will be conducted gradually. The company will occupy one floor in building Y this year as well as the whole building Z, which is to be commissioned in the following year. The international consulting company Colliers International represented the tenant in the transaction process.
The consultancy at choosing space for Nordea Bank AB was a complex process, which required a multithreaded analysis due to developed structure and development plans of the company. As Colliers, we put the greatest emphasis on providing the company with the highest class work environment with planned expansion. Thanks to flexibility and openness of the owner of Tensor – Euro Styl – the process was conducted in a really professional way. Tensor is situated at Łużycka Street. As a target, it will be composed of three modern office buildings – X, Y and Z – class A, which are to offer a service part on the ground floor. The total leasable area in the complex will amount to 19 750 sq. m, 4960 sq. m of which will be delivered by office X, 8190 sq. m – by office Y, and 6600 sq. m – by office Z. Moreover, tenants will have 450 parking places at their disposal.
