Empark Mokotów Business Park is one of the biggest office complexes in Poland. Recently, six new businesses have joined the group of tenants, including some from research and health industry and from the financial and technological sector. The entire lease space is 3 350 square metres. The owner of the complex has also extended the lease with twelve other tenants.
Call Centre of the Medical Centre ENEL-MED belongs to the group of new tenants of the Empark complex. The company has rented 745 square metres in Mercury building for its own use. ENEL-MED is the leader in medical services on the Polish market. They have operated for 20 years now, and the company has been extended by eleven medical sections, ten diagnostic laboratories and one hospital.
Polska Presse, AdOcean/Gemius and Nestle Waters have also extended their lease agreements.
