Sollers Consulting moved into a new headquarters located in the very heart of the city center of Warsaw at the crossroads of Koszykowa and Lwowska Streets on 21st March this year. The choice of such location was not accidental. As Sollers Consulting we are aware of needs of the market. While realizing our new office we took many factors into consideration, however, the location was one of the most important criteria of choice. It was really crucial for us to provide employees with an easy access and create a place with unique character – Marcin Pluta, Managing Partner of Sollers Consulting, says.

The office is located in the 7-level office Koszykowa 54 Trade Center, the areas of which have recently been thoroughly modernized. The building offers jointly 10 800 sq. m of usable space with a reception equipped with access control and round-the-clock security. The new headquarters of Sollers Consulting occupies the area of 1500 sq. m. Office premises are characterized by simplicity and they are designed in the Scandinavian style. The walls are painted bright colors and wooden accents present in certain points are to give comfortable character of the office.

A significant part of office space is occupied by work stations divided into project and support teams. In order to provide comfort to employees, the company decided to equip its posts with electrically regulated desks, ergonomic chairs from Japan as well as application of soundproof panels. Additionally, there are hot desks posts and personal lockers for employees, who rarely visit the Warsaw headquarters due to work at external projects.

In order to make communication and work between teams from different locations easier, innovative audio-video solutions were applied in the office. For instance, media walls made from touch-sensitive tv sets, cameras and walls performing a white board function were created. Moreover, 7 conference rooms with a possibility of reservation by use of tablets were prepared for special meetings. Each room was equipped with a 70-inch TV set, acoustic system as well as interactive boards (eBeam), which are aimed at remote working between several locations.

The new headquarters of Sollers Consulting is also equipped with places for creative work (Concept Room) and premises like Focus Room, which enable work in small teams. Furthermore, the office has relaxation zones – Chillout Room – with game consoles. Additionally, employees may benefit from a library, room for playing table football, room for mothers and children, spacious kitchens resembling cafes, swings and convenient puffs located on the whole area of the office.

We wanted our rooms and locations to correspond with both informal atmosphere that we want to maintain and characteristics of work. We also wanted to create friendly environment with innovative and ecological solutions – Marcin Pluta says.
