Warsaw. GTC's investment has recieved a certificate on Gold level in "Core and Shell" cathegory.

 

Office building Platinium V is an over 11 000 sq. m. of modern office area of the highest A class. It is a part of an office building complex, located at the junction of Domaniewska and Wołowska St. in Warsaw, which is soon going to become a property of  Allianz Real Estate Group under the contract signed in june with GTC.

By granting the building a LEED Gold certificate in "Core and Shell" cathegory, U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) has taken into account all stages of the investment: choice of location, planning and designing, construction works, as well as realization of project onbjectives.

The building was completed in june this year and can already boast renting out 90% of available area. Platinum V is a building friendly not only to its users, but also to the environment. It is energy efficient and fully exploits heat and air conditioning systems. There have been a series of proecological solutions utilized in the building, including: automatic light switches on the building's area and toilets equipped with batteries with time outflow limiter. There is also a modern building management system (BMS), which allows for appropriate energy management.

Platinum V's leaseholders are among others: VeriFone Polska, Schrack-Seconet, K2, Starcom and subsidiaries of PSA Peugeot Citroën Group.

Grupa 5 Architekci studio is responsible for the building's architectural design, while Warbud company is the structure's general contractor. Also participating during the LEED certification process were Buro Happold and Hill International companies. It is already the second environmental certificate for GTCPreviously the Corius office building has been awarded the title- it is the second building in Poland certified in Core and Shell cathegory.
