Leadership in Changing Europe

On March 21 and 22, the European Executive Forum. Leadership in changing Europe” will take place. The Presidents Bronisław Komorowski, and Aleksander Kwaśniewski will also participate.

During a meeting, which is taking place in Warsaw, business representatives, scientists and politicians will discuss the topic on managing and leadership. The congress, which will occurs on March 21 and 22 in Sheraton Hotel, will become a base to conduct the talks on problems and solutions existing in previous years.

 

During the meeting, businessmen and politicians will elaborate on what type of leadership – business or political – Europe needs today. The congress will allow to discuss the best business practices, introduce trends in management and will allow the exchange of views.

 

Foundation of Aleksander Kwasniewski – Amicus Europae and Executive Club organize this event. Congress is also supported by scientific institutions like INSEAD, IESE and the top leading, Polish universities. 

 

Mikołaj Budzanowski, Treasure Minister, Jerzy Hausner, PhD., vice Premier in 2003-2005, at present the member of the Monetary Policy Council, Bronisław Komorowski, the President of Poland, Aleksander Kwaśniewski, President on Poland in 1995-2005, Witold Orłowski, PhD., Business School Director of the Warsaw University of Technology and Jan Kulczyk, PhD., Board Director at Kulczyk Investments will deliver speeches at European Executive Forum.

 

The discussion will include topics such as: “What kind of leadership is needed in Europe today?”, “Where are all those leaders?”, “The end of the world of the executives”, “Leading with emotions.” In the evening of the first day the ceremony, Leadership Gala, will take place.
