Wikana Business Park will be ready-made at the end of the next year. Despite the fact that investor is ready to choose contractor and start works, the delay will occur. Time of expectation on decision about building permit is extending - quotes "Dziennik Wschodni".
Wikana Business Park Project is executed by Wikana Invest copartnership, which belongs to Wikana Capital Group. Complex will consists of high warehousing logistic park and business centre. Investor plans to build cosy offices, linked with the batten plant on first floor height. Project will be executed on the SSE Europark Mielec's area - Podstrefa Lublin. The end of investment is planned on I/II quarter of 2011.
Application for building permit was submitted in the half of 2010. At the moment, conducted agreements concern details of the investment. The value of the project is estimated to 58zł million.
