A new edifice is going to be built by the Złota Street in the place of Kino Relax. It will be located within Ściana Wschodnia (The Eastern Wall), architecture of which will reflect the pos-war polish architecture. The project of the building, prepared by ARE, was based on the analysis of neighbouring buildings’ insolation. The edifice is going to have a shape of an irregular and dynamic block, which will allow for the play of light and at the same time will provide more light to neighbouring buildings.
The new edifice is going to occupy approximately 7.5 sqm and will have eight floors above and three under the ground. It is going to be divided on the business and office parts.
