BTE Office Center is a complex that is going to be built in the centre of Mokotów, near it will be built Teatr Muzyczny. BTE Office Center is a new project of Towarzystwo Inewstycyjne BTA. It is going to serve as an office, trade and service facility.
The office facility is going to take seven storeys, two of which will be designated for shopping mall, whereas 3 levels will be taken by an amphitheatre with capacity to 1000 people. There are plans to create an auditorium that can be rearranged accordingly to occasion. A separate arrangement will be used for revues or operas, another for scientific meetings, and another for galas and fashion shows,
The overall usable surface of the premise will amount approximately 20 k. sqm. The works are going to begin next year. The completion is scheduled for the second half of 2013.
