Promotion of Szczecin

Jones Lang LaSalle prepared a report about property market for the sake of city's marketing campaign.

Jones Lang LaSalle prepared "Report about Szczecin's property market" including informations about overall economic situations in the region and review of local property market. Agency, which is a Town Hall's consultant involved in this way in marketing campaign of Szczecin.

Szczecin is one of the eight the biggest cities in Poland. Its potential lies in i.a. in strategic location: proximity to German board and the sea; good communication links on the land, on the sea and in the air; owning workforce base. Many enterprises are conducted in the city, which aim to improve infrastructure. An increase in developers' activity in commercial property sector is observed. We believe that "Report about Szczecin's property market" will turn out to be an efficient instrument in gaining new projects by city - said Maciej Agaciński from Szczecin's Town Hall. We expect a further flow of investors, especially from recent highly active sector BPO/SSC - added.

Consulting project for Szczecin is another example of Jones Lang LaSalle's cooperation with local councils, which is oriented at development strategies of Polish cities.
