In the course of the project '2nd stage of the investment of creation of Akademicki Inkubator Przedsiębiorczości and University of Opole in the area of KAU in Opole', the limit of operations conducted by Akademicki Inkubator Przedsiębiorczości (AIP) will be developed and the reconstruction of an existing building (in a part of the ground floor of Kmicic Dormitory) for the purpose of new space designed for business activity will take place.
The project will create 12 new workplaces for rent. The future users will be able to make use of 6 single and 3 double fully equipped workplaces as well as one cabinet space. The space will also include a toilet, front desk and a conference hall with a small kitchen.
The space for rent are designed for beginning entrepreneurs who will have the opportunity rent them on preferential conditions.
New spaces are a part of the existing structure and make use of the additional facilities of the former students club and a cafeteria located in Kmicic Dormitory of the Opole University. A corridor and a stairway entrance, which is directly connecting the facility with the parking lot,, will also be renovated as included in the reconstruction program. The stairway entrance will be accessible only to the users of AIP. They will also be able to make us of 29 parking spots.
Apart from the possibility of renting space in the newly renovated structure, the potential leaseholders will be supplied with office and usage materials by the AIP. They will also be allowed to make use of other AIP's services, such as: starter's assistance in terms of conducting of the economic activity (including legal and accountancy assistance), free of charge training in terms of operating and development of business activity, free counseling and coaching, the help in computerization of the company, sharing the Internet links, search of sources for the financing of the investment and assistance procuring applications and business plans.
The project is a response to the Poddziałania 1.1.1 competition included in the Regional Operations Program for the Opolskie Province in the years 2007 - 2013.
