A financial company Nomura Holding America Inc., belonging to Tokyo based Nomura Holdings, Inc., has leased over 83.6 sq. m. in Worldwide Plaza – an office building located at 8th Ave, New York. The lease agreement was signed for a fixed term – 20 years, starting from 2013.
During the renting procedure, Cushman & Wakefield represented Nomura. The building, owing to this transaction, is leased in more than 95 per cent.
The decision to relocate to the world-class office building is a natural continuation of the company’s growth strategy and striving to achieve the dominant position on the market of financial services in the U.S. – said Atsushi Yoshikawa, the president and the CEO of Nomura Holding Inc.
