Murawa Office Park Poznan's office complex has a new leaseholder. Cushman & Wakefield represented a company during the transaction. TPA Horwath consulting company will move into 700sqm in a second half of 2011, and in 2013 they will gain additional 200sqm in a building.
One of the biggest consulting companies in Europe, offering i.a. business solutions for international and national enterprises within tax and business consulting, will move its Polish central office to an office block in September 2011.
The change of central office's location has been discussed for a long time - it is a natural outcome of a dynamic development of our company: extending number of employees and increased number of projects. Our aim was to find bigger office space - developing, effective and functional - said Krzysztof Kaczmarek, managing partner in TPA Horwath.
