In total, Grupa Buma built and put into use ca. 120 000 sq. m of office space, which makes it the leader on the real estate market in Kraków in this sector. The developer continues to implement new investments, as well as to prepare further designs. What kind of designs and where?

The fifth office block

In the third quarter this year, Grupa Buma plans to begin the construction works of the fifth office block included in the complex Quattro Business Park. The building FIVE is to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2015 and will provide approximately 8700 sq. m of rentable area. It will be located on Bora Komorowskiego Avenue 25 and will consist of 7 floors above ground and 1 underground. The building, designed by the studio Kuryłowicz & Associates, will be certified in the BREEAM system, with the expected assessment Very Good. The office building will be characterised by round corners and the project will be created on the view of an isosceles triangle.

The investment at the site of the building Ruch

Aleja Pokoju 5 will offer 9 floors above ground, 2 underground floors and 13 000 sq. m of rentable area. The building is in the process of being issued the BREEAM certificate, with the expected assessment Very Good. The building was designed by the architects from the studio UCEES. The end of the construction works is scheduled for the third quarter of 2015.

pracwnik quattro :
