Boom on rental offices area

European bank sector is attacking market.

From April 2010 to March 2011 the activity level from bank area was 20% higher than the avarage from last 5 years - as Cushman & Wakefield informed in analytic report.
High activity is connected with strengthening of european bank sector.

From the raport we will also know that the expansion on european market is continued by banks from China. This trend is an effect of excess demand for credit rather than the amount of bank offers in Europe, which action is recently very careful. European and american banks choose markets fom Asia and  Pacific.

More than 55% of lessee agreements are for the biggest buildings of bank sector - London, Paris and Frankfurt. However the attention was also directed to warsow and press lessee market. Warsow, which become the locally bank center in East-Central Europe, can show off increase of demand by 63% in comparison for the avarage from the last five years. Lessee level in Press in last year was 25% above avarage - as Cushman & Wakefield says. From the other side they noticed problem of negligible supply of office area in many european  centers.
