Portland Trust is planning a building of another office in Bucharest

Floreasca Park in Bucharest
Floreasca Park received BREEAM certification
Portland Trust, a developer of commercial structures with its headquarters in Prague, bought a plot from Nusco Group with the area of 4 ha in the northern and central part of Bucharest. It is going to build on it a modern and energy-saving office.

The project is a response to increasing need for technologically advanced and at the same time eco-friendly office spaces in this part of Europe. This is our 5th office development in Bucharest. Following the recent success of Floreasca Park, we intend to capitalize on those aspects such as the energy saving technology in the hope of attracting cost and energy conscious tenants – says Robert Neale, Managing Director of Portland Trust.

Partnerships were advised by The Adviser and Knight Frank companies and the legal aid was given by McCann & Associates office.
