A new class A office building, called “K9”, is going to be built at Krysiewicza St, Poznan. It is going to be a glazed edifice designed by an architectural studio ARH+ in collaboration with an international firm RKW – informs “Głos Wielkopolski”.
The building is going to be erected by a Polish-Austian developer GN Group. At the moment, the firm is in the process of obtaining necessary administrative decision. According to the plans, construction of the office building is going to begin in 2012.
The building is going to consist of five above ground storeys and one underground at most. Trading and service as well as office premises and also a garage. The total usable area is going to approximately amount to 3 000 sq. m.
