Mennica Polska Spółka Akcyjna SKA – an entity dependent on Mennica Polska S.A. (Mint of Poland) – will buy from Żerań Factory for Passenger Automobiles (Polish: FSO) three plots at Jagiellońska Street, designated for residential development. However, Mennica plans also construction of office buildings in dowtown Warsaw.
The purchase includes a property located from the Vistula River's side, where FSO's factories were formerly situated. The area is to be developed by implementation of residential and service building investments, and the details of the project are being worked out – Mennica informed in press release. The investment enterprise aims at development of additional operation areas of Mennica Polska S.A. Capital Group.
