A fruitful quarter for Kancelaria Brochocki

Warsaw is the main market for Kancelaria Brochocki, which participated in lease transactions of the office space of about 11 000 sqm.

During the last quarter the agency mediated in lease transactions, which covered the office space of altogether 11 000 sqm in the centre of the capital of Poland.

Among the clients of the agency were i.a.: Wierzbowski Eversheds (renegotiations and extension of lease agreement of 2 500 sqm in Centrum Jasna at 14/16A Jasna Street), Polish Allotees Association – National Board (leasing 900 sqm in the building at 1 Bobrowiecka Street in Mokotów district), VOS Logistics Poland Sp. z o.o. (leasing 830 sqm in Ochota district, at 146D Aleje Jerozolimskie), Biuro Szkód Ubezpieczeniowych i Assitance Coris Varsovie (leasing 820 sqm in an office building at 73/75 Sienna Street), eo Networks S.A. (leasing 720 sqm in the building at 5 Głuszycka Street).

Another contract, mediated by the agency, is the lease of 420 sqm at 28 Gen. Zajączka Street by CP Energia S.A. and the lease of 275 sqm in Millenium Park for Frantic Group LLC Sp.k.

Brochocki found three tenants for Skylight office building. The following firms will have their seats there: Supernova IDM FUND S.A. (625 sqm), a legal office SPCG T. Studnicki K. Płeszka Z. Ćwiąkalski J. Górski Sp. k. (521 sqm) and patent and trademark attorneys office Polservice Sp. z o.o., which occupied 255 sqm of office space.

The agency won also two tenants for Royal Trakt Offices at 41 Aleje Ujazdowskie. These are the companies: Dragados S.A. (200 sqm) and the Embassy of Montenegro, which leased 160 sqm of office space.
