CBRE and NAI Estate are going to conduct a commercialization process of Moniuszki 1A office in Warsaw. The owner of the structure is Catalyst Capital.
The building has been recently thoroughly modernized. NAI Estate Fellows has been managing the structure since 2011 and now we may notice a reduction in exploitation costs in comparison to similar periods before the modernization. We managed to save some money thanks to modernization of air-conditioning and ventilation installations or application of energy-saving solutions like energy recovery system from elevators – says Bartosz Pustuł, Chairman in Management Department, NAI Estate Fellows.
Moniuszki 1A office, which is located in the city center of Warsaw, was built in 2002. The total area of the structure amounts to over 11 600 sq. m of usable area (including over 9 200 sq. m of office area) on 22 tiers. It has been totally rented by Telekomunikacja Polska S.A. till the year 2013. The modernization has started at the moment when the company had moved into its new headquarters.
The Moniuszki 1A project underwent a thorough renovation, thanks to which it offers now office area class A. The confirmation of the high quality of the building as well as its modernity of applied solutions is the obtainment of the BREEAM certificate. I am very glad that all tenants who decided to choose the Moniuszki 1A building appreciate this new quality – says Tomasz Doktór, Chairman in Catalyst Capital company.
At present, 6 companies which occupy 2400 sq. m of area have their registered offices in the re-commercialized structure.
The central location of Moniuszki 1A, the very high technical standard of the building, and the possibility of letting small modules of area are features which make that the property is such an attractive choice for smaller companies and Polish departments of foreign organizations – says Radosław Pawlak, Associate Director in Office Area Department, CBRE.
