Projekt Echo – a 58th company subsidiary to Investment SA, signed a preliminary agreement with BRJ Invest, Drozd as well as BP Inwestycje, regarding a purchase of an undeveloped plot of over 34 000 sq. m. surface located within Sikorski and Witosa St, Warsaw.
The purchased plot will be built-up with a complex of office buildings of an approximate surface of 60 000 sq. m. According to the plans, there will also be an underground car park. The works will be carried out in three stages.
Echo is going to pay near 70 m net. The payment is going to be made in four instalments on 1 April 2013.
