The last available plot at the boardwalk leading to the market square in Wrocław has been recently separated and the works on a modern office and commercial structure class A have started on it.
The TWELVE building will offer jointly 2000 sq. m located on the area of seven tiers. It will be a soaring solid with big windows exposing the interior. Moreover, a leisure and recreation zone with several terraces and mini garden were planned on two upper tiers.

The TWELVE investment, which is located in the city center of Wrocław, is going to provide a comfortable location and fully air-conditioned area in an ergonomic set of rooms, fine finishing materials and suspended ceilings. Furthermore, the office will use from pro-ecological solutions which decrease the maintenance costs.
The planned completion of the investment is envisaged on the fourth quarter of 2016.
The investor of TWELVE is i2 DEVELOPMENT – a group of partnerships which realize residential and commercial investments. It was founded in 1999 under the name Inter Invest and then Inter Invest II. A general contractor, that is KPB Sp. z o.o. joined this dynamically developing group in 2012, and it was followed by Chamielec Architekci Sp. z o.o. in 2014. The partnerships have formed a formal capital group since 2015. At present, it is conducting 30 residential and commercial investments on the area of Wrocław.
