The Lower Silesian Innovation and Science Park in Wrocław is going to receive a financing within „Polish investments” in the amount of 21,23 million zlotys, 8,5 million zlotys of which will be granted by the European Investment Bank. In effect, a modern office center with the area of ca. 6000 sq. m intended for the Lower Silesian entrepreneurs is going to be built. It will allow to create 800 new working places.
The loan agreement within the program was concluded between BGK and the Lower Silesian Innovation and Science Park in Wrocław. Moreover, it is over the hundredth investment which is being realized within the program.
The „Polish investments” program is aimed at providing a maintenance of the present dynamics of investments in long-term infrastructural projects with the usage of an attractive financing and completing the present offer of financial institutions on the Polish market. The investment offers have been signed so far with entrepreneurs and local governments in each voivodeship.
